  • I’m located in Los Angeles, CA. However, I am not taking in person sessions at this time. I provide therapy for people all over California via a secure Telehealth platform.

  • Online therapy allows us to meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality. You can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home or any private space with an internet connection. It’s a flexible and convenient way to receive the same quality care as in-person therapy.

  • I do not offer in person sessions in an office at this time. We can discuss the possibility of ‘walk and talk’ sessions on occasion.

  • My fee is $160 per session. I’m happy to create a super bill for you should you wish to seek reimbursement from your PPO insurance should that apply. Please send me an inquiry to discuss fees further—I’m here to help!

  • Your first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, answer any questions you have, and start creating a plan tailored to your needs. It’s a collaborative and welcoming space to begin your journey.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a document that provides you with a clear understanding of the expected costs of therapy. It’s part of the No Surprises Act and ensures transparency about fees so you can make informed decisions about your care. I’m happy to provide one upon request or during our initial consultation.
